Yes, I have Zumba Rush for my xbox 360 and it really is a good workout.  I've taken a few Zumba classes at my local gym and I find the workouts about the same.  I really like it as you can choose your length of workouts and it allows me to workout in my apartment.

Yes, I love the Xbox Zumba world party.  I like the Med or high intensity and the class length.  It is such a great work out.  Love it
