Hi
Had been averaging 13 k steps every day for the past 14 months have dropped to 10 k a day in August
I know that I have been very busy at work but still looking for tips from anyone on any ideas .
Has anyone had this experience before too ?

Sure someday I just don't make my goal due to work or other reasons.
I would just look at what you were doing before when you were getting 13K. Maybe you did something at lunch to get more steps? Or something else during the day?

Have you been in challenges? I find it motivates me to get more steps if I'm trying to beat someone else's step count. 🙂
