I have a book called Weights on the Ball. It's simple exercises with hand weights and an exercise ball. I really like it. And you can read the whole thing for free on Google books.

between youtube, pinterest and just searching various routines, you can find a ton of stuff. But they won't help you until you know what your fitness goals are. What are you trying to do? Lose weight? Gain muscle? Improve cardio stamina? Improve flexibility? If you identify your goal, it will be much easier for you to find a plan. The only thing I would caution you is to check the source- if you have never heard of them, there is a reason for that. And if any of them "target xyz" take it with a grain of salt. You can't spot reduce if your goal is to lose fat. Good luck in your search- let us know what you decide!

A lot depends on what you want to do, what you can do, what you have access to, etc... But here's what I do.
I work 10 hour days, Monday thru Thursdays, so on those days I'm up at 4:30am and I spend either 20 minutes on the treadmill (fast walk / medium jog intervals) or 15 minutes on the Bowflex Max trainer.
Once I'm home from work, I'll usually spend another half hour to an hour on either cardio (treadmill, Max trainer, or recumbent bike), or a combination of cardio and weights. I don't really have a set schedule for this, as long as I get some weights in 2 or 3 times a week.
On the weekends, if the weather is nice, the wife and I will sometimes go for a jog around the neighborhood, or walk to the high school and run on the track for a few miles. We also take the occasional bike ride, usually in the 15 to 20 mile range.
Basically, though... I try to get 2 or 3 days a week on which I lift weights, and at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week. I may forego the afternoon cardio if it's a day I'm going to mow the lawn (push mower, weed eater, raking, etc), but that really just depends on my energy level.
So yeah... not really a "plan" per se, but there you have it.

How is it goin' @SunsetRunner nice to see you around! I would say that the first thing is willing to do it. The second would be something that most of us put apart or think is not that important which is : Food. Food will be 80 percent of your results. I think you should investigate on food plans also 😉 Finally comes training. This would depend if you'll train on the gym or at home. If it's on the gym I would recommend the typical " less wait, more reps". If you're at home do a lot of body weight exercises like push-up, abs, triceps on a chair, etc.
Hope this helps 🙂 Have a wonderful day!
