does anybody know whats a good range for fat intake each day? like what is the max?

Your body needs fat, like all other macro-nutrients. You would want to favour "good" fats like those found in avocados, olive oil, nuts, fish etc. The less these products have been processed, the better. The exact quantity depends on many factors (your age, goals in terms of weight and body composition, exercise level etc.).
