Has anyone tried the t25 program? if so is it anygood and does it work like it says it does?

I have T25. Done it, Love it! Incredible workout in only 25 minutes a day. Just lent it to a neighbor while I did 21 Day Fix, she just returned it and I can't wait to get back to it.

Best Answerwell I am almost done with week 2 of alpha and i am loving it
I'm doing the T25 workout and my fitbit doesn't seem to calculate my workout like I think it should. It says that I am more active and burn more calories when I am walking than I do while doing the T25 workout. I just don't see how that is possible. Does anyone have an average of how many calories are burned while doing T25?
I'm on Focus T25 myself. Beta Phase week 3 ending. Waiting to get up to Gamma phase in two weeks and run through that. Not sure if I'll redo Beta or Gamma after those four weeks are up. Need lots of core and strength.
Best AnswerI'm glad to hear positive things about T25. I liked Shaun T in Insanity, and I've been thinking about getting T25. I like getting about 20-30 minutes of intense cardio each morning, so this seems like it would be perfect for me! Has anyone tried it that also did Insanity? Are the moves the same ones as Insanity, but shorter workouts?
Best AnswerI started T25 may 4th and I feel awesome .... I hope to lose a bunch of weight, I'd like to lose 50 lbs. As of the 12th I'am on alpha week 2 day 2 completed. I honestly didn't know if I would like it but so far I have found out I love it and its challenging me everyday. I have also been cutting back and watching what I've been eating the past 3 weeks. When I finish my workout for the day I'm drenched in sweat and feel so much better even though I'am sore, I've noticed that in week 2 im not as sore as l was last week and have been getting stronger and more staminia. It will be nice to get to the point where I dont have to add in the modified versions but I try to do as much as I can before I switch to doing the modified versions. At this point I havent worked out this hard in 25 years, not since I was in the service. Wish you all the best of luck on your journey !
