Not worth getting upset. Not accurate enough to trust, very prone to interference from outside influences. Not worth spending extra money to get the flights of stairs tracking feature.

@mevansIts not an upgrade. They cost the same amount of money. It just depends on what you wanted in your fitbit. The One came out before the Flex. Some like the wrist band and others do not.

I think the same as @WendyB, you don't need to upgrade. Choosing between One and Flex is just a decision, some people made the decision because they want a device that shows style like a wristband. I think every single tracker has pros and cons. Click here to get more details about a Flex.
