I think you should create a custom activity record for this DVD. My Fitness Pal has a good calorie estimator for all kinds of activities. I would judge how much time was spent on each type of exercise and estimate the total calories for the workout. The link for the calorie estimator is http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/lookup. You can star it as part of your favorite activities.
You can always edit the calories burned if it seems off.
This might help you.

Hi everyone)) I would like to share with you the training from one of the Russian girl! She is very motivating and helps to achieve the result! I have no time to train in the gym and so I train at home, it is difficult, but day by day I get better, I feel the strength and confidence! http://happybody.tv/core-strengthening-exercises-for-tight-midsection/

Where can I find the "exercise database"? I have a Fitbit Blaze and only have limited exercises to track towards.Like walk, run, workout, treadmill, weights, golf, etc. They are very standard.
Thanks

My foot pain was immediately relieved. I have plantars fasciitis. Because of this I've spent money on inserts. First inexpensive, and then better more expensive inserts. I purchased better shoes and sneakers. I've tried taping my foot. Doctors, stretching, exercises, etc.. etc.. However, I only got some relief. Nothing helped much or for long. Then I bought orthofeet sneakers. It has been life changing. My feet no longer hurt.

@StacHrub: I know your post is old, but it resurfaced as the topic was revived. The exercise database can be found when you log an activity in your Dashboard. Just enter a few letters of the activity you’re interested in in the search field:
You’ll see less common activities, like "snowshoeing" above. You can also create your own custom activities. OTOH, you could just use the generic "WORKOUT" activity on your Blaze.
