I frequently walk with my daughter in her stroller, however sometimes she gets sick of it and I am forced to carry her in my scarf wrap. How can I count the extra 19 lbs with my steps. In the activity tracker I see holding a child but doesn't take into account the walking. Thanks.

Fitbit should have given you the distance you walked, and the time.
Then take the info here and use your increased weight with babe in arms, since it obviously burns more.

Use the Gross option, incline as best guess as you can get.
And now create a manually created walking workout, leaving out the miles and the steps, which will keep the ones Fitbit saw, but replace the calorie burn with more accurate.
Even the stroller burns more pushing it, not much level, much more going up or down. But you'd need to figure out what that effort compares to with weight on you.
Like is pushing it get your breath and heart rate up the same as carrying 5-10 lbs perhaps.
Then you could use the formula.
