logging a mud run

I ran the 5k Mud Factor Run obstacle course on Saturday and know I burned more calories than the estimate Fitbit gave me for my steps alone. How would I log that activity? I log all of my activity (other than walking or jogging) into Fitbit and my food into Lose It!. I am new to this Fitbit thing and I am still trying to figure all of this stuff out. Thanks so much new Fitbit friends!!

There is no mud run activity, but you can log your run on this page and make some estimates on the number of calories burned.

If you have access to a treadmill, and think you can approximate a speed and incline that feels just as intense on average as the whole Mud Run (by HR or breathing rate is really good too), then take the results of pace and incline and your weight to here.

You want the gross option since your manual entry is going to overwrite what Fitbit has down for the time.
