I ran the 5k Mud Factor Run obstacle course on Saturday and know I burned more calories than the estimate Fitbit gave me for my steps alone. How would I log that activity? I log all of my activity (other than walking or jogging) into Fitbit and my food into Lose It!. I am new to this Fitbit thing and I am still trying to figure all of this stuff out. If you have access to a treadmill, and think you can approximate a speed and incline that feels just as intense on average as the whole Mud Run (by HR or breathing rate is really good too), then take the results of pace and incline and your weight to here.
