I have an electric bike, and I want to know how th track my workouts. I was thinking of using the spinning as being the most accurate. I doesn't use GPS so it should calculate calories burned based on heart rate and effotr. Any thoughts?

Does it have you input weight, and give you a calorie burn estimate?
Probably a very good estimate, choose spinning, but enter in your own calorie burn, since the database entry has NO level of effort associated with it.
Or if it has average watts at the end but no calories, convert that to calories.
