hello...im leanne i need to lose alot of weight,,,i am disabled so i cant walk much...i just bought a rowing machine so i can sit and do that..is there an app i can add so i can keep track of my time on it...i also can do some yoga just not all the moves...is there someone who is like me and its a challenge to lose weight...

You can log both the rowing machine and yoga here under the exercise tab. They are both listed.
Depending what model you have you can add it as a shortcut and select on your device.
Losing weight is all about the food you eat. Exercise helps but its for getting fit.
As long as you are watching your food intake you will lose weight. Its never a fast process though. Just keep plugging away at it. It will come off.
