Did you mean:

peak heart rate walking up hill.

ANSWERED

I was hiking and slowed down to check my tracker, it was reading peak but i was feeling great.

not labored at all? could peak heart rate be achieved by hiking stressed?

it's been a rough week for me with the ongoing things in my home environment ive done the equivalent of thirty stories height this last hike like it was no big deal. this is really strange, I only felt it when i reached the summit of the hill and started going back down. on a side note my goal distance has changed from 7.4 km to 8 km. go slower when i am angry? also is there an app to track my mood? i cant always tell how im feeling when i am focusing on hoofing it. i just go... angry or happy..

If you weren't feeling out of breath even a little bit, I am thinking your tracker may have hiccuped. However, you can look at your HR for the entire hike and see if it was possible that it happened. If you were steadily increasing, then it is completely possible. I am sure there are aps out there that you can track your mood with, but I would think most would require you to enter some data points. You will have to check in with yourself to see how you are feeling. If you have the versa or ionic there is a clock face that you can add your mood to whenever you feel like it.
