What is another name for sit so that I can log it into tracking exercise.

Want you need to do is set up a custom exercise and call it what you want then you can log it.
It is at the bottom of the exercise tab

What Fitbit model are you using? If supported, you could log in directly on your tracker using the generic WORKOUT activity.

@catmah.. just curious, are you doing sit ups for an extended period of time that it counts as a workout? or are you tracking data to see your caloric expenditure during?

sit ups are called abdominal crunches. they can also be called just crunches.
being a custom exercise tho, you could call them what ever you like.

@bourby Not really the same. Crunches are designed to engage only abdominal muscles while sit ups engage a number of additional muscles groups and are more likely to cause injuries.
