All activities I've previously entered are now listed as "undefined cals." Anyone else having this issue? Is it a database error? Fitbit, are you working to resolve this?

Ditto. And I can't remove them. Very frustrating as I'm trying to be very meticulous about tracking activity with my new year's resolutions and goals.

Both errors have been reported 24 hours ago to Support, but you can see your activities if you click on your Profile Picture and the Activities, at least these graphs show you speed....

A hard refresh of your browser should fix that last bug with historical activity data. The issue is fixed at the core level as well, but that fix won't be pushed until Monday.

I cannot edit any of my activities at this time. I see the list of activites under the profile page, but I'm unable to edit. Support advised I try different browsers & clear my cache. These steps did nothing. It allows you to see what you've logged today, but you cannot go back through the calendar and edit your activities log. Hoping it will be resolved soon!

Here is a reply from Fitbit Support re the BUG... The refresh doesn't work for me...
Hello Colin,
Firstly, we'd like to apologize for the delay in our response. We're sorry to hear that your activities logged are not showing up properly.
We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and providing a screenshot. This is a bug in our system which we are currently working to resolve. We expect to have this resolved by the end of January.
In the meantime, refreshing the page will fix this temporarily so you can view your activities. You can also use our mobile apps, which are unaffected by this bug.
We appreciate your patience while we work to get this fixed. In the meantime let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
Sincerely,
Herber F and the Fitbit Team
