So I'm really interested in weight lifting, yes the myth about women lifting is totally BS. If there is anyone out there who knows alot about weight lifting please contact me!! I would love some tips! thanks 🙂

You can get credit for lifting, but you have to know how to log it. I use MapMyFitness and choose cross training since I do jumping jacks and other cardio moves in between my lifting and it syncs w/ Fitbit, giving me credit for the calories I burn.
