Thanks for posting! I'm a big believer in this and changing my thinking about food and activity and how I time it has improved my athletic/fitness life. It's why I choose to photo capture my food timeline with GO meal tracker app and my activity with Fitbit Steps timeline to get the visual view of how I well I fueled the fun in my life. Food is the fuel before my activity not the reward for after my activity.
