I don't follow Paleo eating, as I don't believe in excluding any one specific food group (ie. grains) but I stumbled upon this site a while back and most of the ideals are pretty grounded.

Best AnswerI just read an article today in U.S. World and News Reports about the best and worse diets. Paleo and Whole30 were two of the worse because of eliminating food groups thus making it difficult to adher to long term. Top ones were DASH and Mediterranean Diet. I can't remember #3. I'm doing Whole30 right now but not as a long term thing - just 30 days as a reset to see if there are any foods that have a negative affect on my body. I couldn't do without some grains and dairy for the rest of my life.
Good luck with the Whole30. I just got off of it (did it over December. It was hard but was very doable.
