Aminogen

Anyone use herbalife aminogen (protein digestive enzyme)?  Does it help with muscle building (or just with gas)?  Also, how many pills per how many grams of protein is recommended?  And if you use it do you over time need to increase the dose of pills? Or maybe are you able to decrease it?

I've used Herbalife Aminogen and found it beneficial in aiding protein digestion, which can indirectly support muscle building. As for the dosage, it's typically suggested to take one tablet with each protein-rich meal, but it may vary depending on individual needs and dietary habits. I didn't find a need to increase the dosage over time. In fact, your body may get more efficient at digesting protein, allowing you to decrease the dosage eventually. However, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider before starting or adjusting any supplement regimen.
