Hello @KashaGBear and welcome to the Community.  If a recipe comes from Eating Well, you can usually find it on their website.  If it is a Fitbit recipe, you might (emphasis on might) be able to find it in the Fitbit Blog, but it takes some searching.

I am mystified by this too. I don’t want to watch someone make the recipe, I want to see the actual recipe!

Nope. There are no recipes. Makes the videos pointless, in my opinion. But I confirmed with FitBit support that this is true.
