I don't know what this is but I am leary of any kind of fasting. By fast do you mean...eat limited types of foods or do you mean no food at all?

This diet seems to be kind of drastic, I always recommend to consult your nutricionist before starting any diet.

Either you are fasting eating nothing than just some water.
Or you are on a diet with a limited amount of food. ( which I don't recommend, better it is to change lifestyle permanently rather than just for a week or two ).
