Barcode Log in Chinese

Hi,

 

I've tried adding foods using a bar code in Australia through the fitbit app. However, when I do, the name of the product will be in Chinese. I've also linked myfitnesspal and scanned bar codes through that in that app they show up correctly but in the fitbit app they're Chinese again. 

 

Is there a fix for this? Is prefer to just use the fitbit app if possible rather than using two apps to accomplish one goal.
