Beyond Diet

Has anyone tried the Beyond Diet before. I know that losing weight is a combination of eating right and exercising.  I wanted to try it out and it's pretty cheap and has a lot of recipes and good eating tips.
I was just wondering if anyone tried and had sucess or hated it.. Or any other thoughts??

I purchased beyond diet.  I liked the fact that you are encouraged to each fresh food, to stay away from as much processed food as possible.    It is hard to always find organic, but at the end of the day it is a really healthy food plan.   I have combined this concept with weight watchers simple start and I have lost 20 lbs since January.  I feel better and have a lot less pain in my joints, therefore I am moving so much more.  I eat a lot of lean white meat, fish try to limit red.  Lots of veg and fruit.

That makes a lot of sense, and am going to make a "big push" during May . . . I get up to 20,000 steps a day, but weight does not change, if anything, it climbs inch by inch . . . I am on thyroid meds (my excuse), but it definitely makes it more difficult . . . good luck to all ~
