Made a delicious bowl for lunch today.
4 ounces diced chicken breast grilled.
2/3 cup brown rice
1 tblespoon low sodium salsa
1 tblespoon plain greek yogurt
1/2 fresh corn & tomatoes
Topped with a little cilantro
Squeezed a little hot sauce (I like spicy foods) on top
Cannot wait to try this out 🙂
