I love chicken wings, and they are awful from beginning to end. So I have been tweaking this recipe to get the satisfaction but not the 100% unhealthiness. I am satisfied with everything right now but the sodium and a little bit of the fat, any ideas of how to keep the taste and replace the Franks Hot Sauce with a lower sodium option?
Individual Buffalo Pizza:
1 wrap - Multigrain Flat Bread w/flax (Flat-Out)
2 Oz - Lite Ranch Dressing (Kens)
.75-1 Oz - Redhot Wings Sauce (Franks)
4 Oz - Boneless Skinless Chicken Baked and Cubed
1 stalk - Green Onion
1 Tbsp - Blue Cheese Crumbles (Kraft)
1/2 Cup - Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Kraft)
I build it in the same order of the ingredients above spreading evenly layer after layer.
Bake for 8-12 min at 425

Instead of hot sauce what about just using hot peppers? Or look up ideas on how to make your own, I bet that would be a lot of fun! Good Luck!
