Hello all,
I've been buying fresh trays of air-chilled, boneless, skinless chicken breasts from Sobey's up here in Canada. They come in an eight pack and most weight between 6-9 ounces each.
What I want to know is how many calories are in, let's say, each ounce, or in a six-ounce piece. That, I'd like to know how much sodium is in each piece.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Does chicken really have that much sodium?

Yes, depending upon how the chicken is prepared for sale, it can. If you have questions for things like that check out the usda website - https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list it should hold fairly true for brands even though you are in Canada not in the US.
