Does someone knows HEALTHY Chinese recipes you can eat on a daily base?
Something simple I can make without buying 1000 of different ingredients, if possible something you can easily buy in a western supermarket.
Some vegetarian and some non-vegetarian meals would be nice. I am a lot in to Chinese food, but I would like to know it from you, with the hope to meet some Chinese people in here who eat Chinese on a daily base.
Few basic things I always have in my house.
Rice.
Soja Sauce.
Oils to fry and eat with salads or soups.
Coriander ( as powder )
All type of spicey stuff.
Frozen mixed vegetables.
Eggs.
Beans.
I know that I could easily boil some rice and eat it with some quickly fried mixed vegetables, but this is just one recipe. Besides, I don't know if eating Rice everyday is good.
