I am looking to find the suggested number of Carbs, Fiber, Caloric Intake, etc for my.  Does anyone know online were I could plug age, weight, height, etc and get a goal to shoot for.  I am walking 6-8 miles and the weight is falling off, but want to make sure I am getting enough nutrition in.
