Dashboard Closed

Very unhappy with the closing of the desktop dashboard!! It is NOT the same as on the App. The App is a lot harder to navigate, see and type. I could add meals easier and favorite items and I could go on and on but for some reason Fitbit decided to change this. As a lot of other people are commenting, I will finish out my paid subscription and be seeking service else where. Just listen to your customers and stop changing things to make it look like your busy. Find better ways to keep your jobs!! We all think the change was awful!!!

As it's out the hands of the most wonderful community, it's possible to add your vote / comment to KBenjamin 's suggestion in the Product Feedback section of the forums: Suggestion: Maintain Fitbit web dashboard going forward

The more votes, can increase the chance of the feature coming back.

Wishing a wonderful day

I completely agree

100% agree.  I've stopped tracking food altogether because it is so much more difficult to do so on the app.  It was so much easier to track food, activities, and correct mistake/make adjustments on the computer dashboard.  So very disappointing.

I'm late to the game but yes, the app is very cumbersome/unusable way to keep track of daily meals and food intake.

I just found it and was hoping I could switch from MyFitnessPal food diary to Fitbit.  I would like to.  The interface on the app does not work well for those of us who might go in four or five times a day to log a meal, and each individual thing on the app is awkward and a bit time consuming to navigate and enter.

E.G. it takes about five or so taps just to drill in and get to the food item entry section.   Time five or six foods, times four of five times a day.  It is not a compelling way to try and daily track my food and meals.
