Eat reminders on Blaze

I read that we can set reminders to eat with the Blaze, but I can't find anything in the app. I tried to set reminders on the tracker itself with no success. Is there an easier way?

Where did you read this? There is a "reminder to move" function on the Blaze but I've not heard of a "reminder to eat" function.

I read it in another Fitbit group, on my app. She said she set her device to alert every 3 hours. I was trying to figure out if there was a way to set it from the app or is it just the alarm on the device.

I think she meant she set up the silent alarm to remind her to eat.

Personally i try to forget about eating.
