When entering a sub from Subway (example: 6 inch Turkey Breast), do I need to add each ingredient on the sub, veggies, the sauce, the bread type? The calorie count that comes up when I entered the above example seemed kind of high if its only taking into account the turkey meat on its own.

Hi, @Stace90, welcome, may I suggest you take a look at your local "Subway" website, mine carries quite a lot of nutritional information. If you are a regular user of Subway talk to the staff & perhaps even take photos of what you got & make a note so you can work out exactly what you think it should be. I often batch cook at home & always work out the calorie value of a portion before it goes into the freezer.
Cheers

I've found this website that allows you to build your sandwich and it calculates all the information for you. You can make a custom food in the Fitbit app and then type all the information that it gives you.
