Fat bombs

ok....i know there's a few of you out there doing the high fat, low carb thing.  one of my go to treats is the fat bomb.  just wondering what you all put in yours.  here's the "recipe" i use.  note, don't actually measure anything.  just eyeball it and adjust ingredients to taste.

 

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp orange extract

2 Tbsp splenda

2-3 Tbsp hershey's unsweetened cacao powder

2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

 

mix it all together over medium-low heat.  pour into silicone molds (i found some where each serving is right around 1 Tbsp) and put in fridge for about an hour or until set.

I'm going to show my ignorance now, because I've never heard of a high fat low carb diet. I'll go away and read up on it, but in the meantime can you tell me what benefits you feel you gain from it?

benefits for me (YMMV):

 

1. increased and stable energy throughout the day

2. weight loss

3. better lipid profile
