Fitbit Food Log

Does anyone else feel like fitbit's food log is all over the map?  It's frustrating for a person that really can't guess how many calories are in something.  I know it won't ever be EXACT, but in the vicinity would be nice.  I can type in pulled pork mac & cheese and get anything from 200-1200.

Yes I experience the same problem. I avoid pre-packaged food so my meals are home cooked and I have to deconstruct the recipe to get an approximation of calories based on ingredients. And measurements in grams are more accurate.

I have used Google. For instance Google says 1 cup of elbow shaped cooked macaroni is 221 calories.

They have helped me a lot with all kinds of measurements. And usually if you know the brand name of something you can find that on there, too. Like 1 slice of Oroweat Original Oatnut Bread is  101 calories.

Good luck, hope this helps.
