What do I do now??

ANSWERED

I was on KETO for almost a year after I stopped nursing my twin boys. I had a lot of success on KETO, but the problem now is that I am so stinking board of the foods that I can afford to eat. I am wanting to transition to a low carb, but more versatile diet. Does anyone have suggestions? Before starting, I LOVE all types of meats! I have three kids and I'm a school teacher, so the cost can't be outrageous. The objective is to get something that I can enjoy with my family and not have to prepare something totally separate. Thanks in advance!

Jess I wish you and your boys good health. I found that all the diets out there are a battleground pitting against food. I am at my healthiest eating of everything, in moderation and as close to it’s natural state as possible. I make food an ally.
