Its ir proper to drink water while eating or after eating? if yes give reasons, if No give reasons
Best AnswerHi @alexw4375 you know the only one who can really answer this would be you. What works best for you, might not work for the next person. You've been eating and drinking since you were a child, so what works well for you? I don't always do the same thing twice with my liquid intake, so it's hard to answer.

Thank you for posting this topic @alexw4375!
I think it would depend on what you're used to, I always heard that drinking water before eating helped you eat less during your meal (in case that weight loss is the final goal), but this didn't really work for me. Some people are full after a little snack and some other need to eat a lot more food.
Now I've just gotten used to drink water whenever I need to, and I always make sure to drink even more during and after working out! 😎
It'd be great to hear that other Community members think.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @culuxiha! Yes, very important that we stayed hydrated.
I used to struggle a little bit to drink enough water throughout the day, but now I always drink the recommended daily amount, and it's been very beneficial in many ways. I don't get headaches anymore and just feel a lot better in general.
