Fruit and vegetables count

I live the Fitbit app. Have used for a month and it has definitely made me look at exercise and diet more . However whilst I log my diet AB’s it’s informative to see macronutrients etc, I would live a count fit eating fruit and veg. I know I should just do it, but sometimes it’s so easy to snack on crisps rather than an apple. Especially when I’m busy. So a count or log of fruit veg intake may help encourage me away from the crisps?

That’s a great point! Tracking fruit and veggie intake could make healthy eating easier, just like logging macros helps with diet awareness. Fitbit should add a “5-a-day” tracker with reminders! I totally get the struggle—grabbing crisps is way easier than reaching for an apple. One thing that helps me is prepping easy-to-grab fruit and veggie snacks. It’s like building daily habits, whether for mindful eating —once it’s routine, it feels effortless. Maybe a little structure around healthy snacking could help? What do you think?
