Hi all,
Although I'm not particularly underwight by any means, I was hoping to gain a bit of weight as I have always been fairly thin. However, I would like to do this in the healthiest way possible, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to the best foods for this? I run most days and have also started lifting weights at home. Given my budget, the cheaper the better!
Thanks all!

Cardio will burn a lot of fat provided it is performed at a high intensity level. So if you run, limit long distance running as it will burn a lot of fat. As far as nutrition goes, the healthiest way to gain weight is increasing your daily caloric intake through healthy full fat foods like cheese, meats (red meat), dairy, etc... Try eating smaller meals throughout the day until your stomach gets used to the additional calories.
