Getting Veggies when sick

I made homemade soup as I was sick good way to get the veggie any other ideas

Vegetable soup sounds good to me. The hot liquid is soothing. I guess you could also blend fruit and veggies in a smoothie or juice.

I love veggies in any preparation including raw. I love soup and tend to have it at least twice per week.. with my dinner. it fills you up so you can eat less of whatever comes next and is usually a lower calorie option. The only soups I won't eat is cream based.. too rich, too unhealthy and not tastier than regular broth based soups.. my opinion
