I understand what you're saying @queeney, I recently got very sick and was barely able to eat anything, I lost around 8 pounds in just a week and a half.

I'm in the process of normalizing my diet and getting back on track, but I actually got a little bit tired of the food I was eating before I got sick, and I'm looking for new options to include in the diet plan.

Getting back on track with exercise and diet is difficult for me, but I've learned that motivation is the key for this. I started to talk to other people, read more and more about workouts and the benefits of certain foods, and this really helped me to feel a lot better and motivated. 😁

Hope you are feeling better. Yes getting back on track is tough.. I have
recntly discovered I have food intolerances.. and they affect my sinus
histamines and "gut" for digestion.. have gone through cats scans to make
sure all is good which it is thank God.. I developed what's called Phantom
odors that only I can smell.. and I am trying to rule out which foods it is
.. including gmos , salty foods processed, dairy .. hell I should be thin
but I like sweets and they are easy quick and always accessible.. eggs are
out allergic.. I can eat the within cooked food but not an egg.. makes it
hard to try to eat.. good.. I was thinking about shakes but I am not sure
that would be filling for me.. any ideas are accepted... good luck on your
journey..
