Are you referring to the LibreLink app and the FreeStyle Libre sensors by Abbott? I had no idea what the "glucose app" could be, but that’s what I found with some quick googling. If it’s something else, please provide more details?

Fitbit is partnering with Dexcom for a continuous monitor. I've only seen the announcement, not any product yet.
