Green Tea

I have purchased some green tea because of all the healthy benefits. I was drinking Red Bull. I have been off of Red Bull for about 2 months now. I feel a bit jittery with the Green Tea, is that a normal feeling because I would assume I wouldn't have the jitters since I am a Red Bull drinker (or was a red bull drinker) . Oh and yes I have lost weight from cutting out the red bull...

Just looking for some kind of natural boost

Hi, @GigglesGrunstad! Congratulations on kicking the Red Bull habit. However, you might be surprised how much caffeine green tea can have. Check out this list for some examples. That might be the cause, depending on how much you're drinking.

@GigglesGrunstad Keep in mind, everyone's body is different. So you maybe more sensitive to caffeine. You may also want to consult your doctor at your next appointment and let them know that even with green tea you're getting the jitters.

I'm also curious if you're doing one bag of green tea in a cup of hot water or bottled green tea drinks?
