What are some healthy Canadian fast food/take out places you like to eat at? What are your typical meals? Looking for alternative options when I don't have time to pack a lunch.

Looking for restaurants specifically in Canada.

This could just be the US but check thier website.

 

At least here its more common to list the nutritional info than not. Especially  at fast food places.

Try Freshii! It's a make your own bowl, wrap, salad, burrito place. Lots of healthy options

A chain I can highly recommend for having fresh produce and various healthy menu options is Chopped Leaf. Not sure how old the chain is (Only discovered them about 2 years ago) but they are getting more restaurants out in my neighborhood (Edmonton area)
