I substituted walnuts for the chia seeds, real maple syrup for the honey, used organic oats, Hershey's special dark chocolate cocoa, added a tablespoon of ground flax seed; threw it all in the food processor & voila yummy little round energy boosters. I also substituted a scoop of muscle milk & scoop of Slimfast powder for the protein powder but there are added calories to consider.
