My usual breakfast is a bowl of fruit, 1/2 Cup whole-milk yogurt and 1/3 Cup of homemade nutty granola (mixed unsalted nuts, oats, spices, little grapeseed oil and honey). That gives me ~16 g of good fats to keep me full until lunch.

There are plenty of great sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Nuts and nut butters, seeds or derivative products like flaxseed milk, and olives or olive oil. If you eat fish, salmon and tuna are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Salmon and other fatty fish are good.

I use coconut oil for a lot of things (good for brains).

Also agreeing that nuts can be a great source too.

Coconut as @Raviv said and nuts! I found a bunch of pre-portioned packs from Planter's, they are really good! Cat Happy
