So, what would be your favorite healthy, filling and weight-loss promoting recipe?
Mine would be this one : http://www.soscuisine.com/en/recipes/view/grilled-salmon-steaks-with-mango-dip?gpr_id=7679&sos_l=en
With some steamed broccoli or cauliflower, I feel full for at least 4-5 hours. Usually, I snack a lot after dinner, but when I eat this, I go to bed without eating anything else. And it's only about 300 calories. 🙂

150 Calorie Cheesy Quesadilla
Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 High Fiber, Low Carb Tortilla Wrap
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Salsa
Directions
Heat a non-stock skillet over medium heat and place the tortilla in the bottom. Heat until warmed through, then flip the tortilla over in the pan.
Sprinkle the shredded fat free cheddar over the tortilla and continue warming until most of the cheese has melted.
Slide the tortilla onto a plate, and quickly fold in half. Cut into four wedges (a pizza cutter is great for this), and serve with 1 Tbsp of sour cream and 1 TBSP salsa

I never feel guilty when I prepare sardine salad; chopped tomato, peppermint, onion salt, lemon and of course sardine. Fresh, easy, and healthy.

This has been my go to for months.
Using MyNetDiary it calculated out to 230 calories per cup cooked. I put this over about a cup of cooked jasmine rice, a bit of cheese and a Mini Wholly Guacamole cup (100 cals) for 650 cal filling dinner. Leaves me comfortably full and makes enough for multiple dinners throughout the week

I have a couple snacks I make for those times I'm craving certain things.
Small white corn tortilla
2 tbs vegetarian style refried beans, spread over tortilla. Nuke it for 10 sec or so
Drizzle of taco sauce (I mix in cumin and chili powder to my taco sauce)
Jalapenos
Shredded lettuce
Approx 80 calories for that. Sometimes I'll add green bell pepper, or a little light sour cream. I make a couple of these and it's very filling.
One of my other go-to snacks is tuna fish (pouch, 70 cal) and a TBS fat free mayo, dill relish. I just eat that straight up. And maybe a banana or some blueberries on the side.
