Other than water what are some drinks that should have with low sugar?

Natural flavor enhancers are good - you could put fruit in your water. You could also check your local natural nutrition store for flavorings - the ones on store shelves are loaded with bad stuff.

I'm a huge fan of adding fruit or leaves (like mint) to my water. You can have a completely different drink each day, and it still be water.

 

I'm 100% opposed to water additives (such as Crystal Lite, Mio, etc.). They are incredibly bad for you, even though they claim to be calorie free. Nothing but chemcials. Although, some people are fans, I'm not.

 

Anyway, many people like cucumbers and mint in their water. I tend to lean more on the citrus side of things. I usually get a rather large pitcher, cut up and orange (leave the peels on)  and just let it sit over night.

I've had Bai5 (Bye-5) before, it has 1g of sugar and 5 calories per serving (2g sugar and 10 calories for the whole bottle). It's sweetened with Stevia, so depending on how you feel about that will affect how you like the drink (I don't taste it). It's considered a fruit flavored water, but it doesn't taste watered down or chemically like Vitamin Water or Fruit2O, I think it tastes like juice. 

 

Personally, I just drink my water plain and don't have flavored drinks very often, but when I do, it'll probably be Bai5. They have a bunch of different fruit flavors (mango, lemon, pineapple, coconut, blueberry, etc.), and have a sparkling version as well. The coconut one really tastes like a mellowed, less sweet, pina colada. It does have caffeine in it, so be aware of that.

Iced fruit teas.  I make a pitcher every couple days.  Just buy some loose fruit teas at any tea store and cold steep it.  Add a little honey if you want it sweeter.  I love it

This is my favorite one: 

 

1 cup of water

2 or 3 lemons

6 tsp of sugar or honey

 

Squeeze the lemons in water, add the sugar and mix. Pour this in ice molds and when thirsty just add 2 or 3 little cube in a glass of water and enjoy! Of course you can try with different mixes.

read labels on bottles then you should find a wide selection of 

different things to drink besides the one you listed

I like cold water from the tap. I like to brew tea or coffee steeped with stevia leaves. Sometime I make the coffee bullet-proof by adding butter, and/or coconut oil, and/or heavy cream. The purpose of bpc is to up the dietary fat as I keto.
