if you are trying to lose weight, it is a bit more than having a list of go to foods. It certainly helps, but the key to weight loss is to be in a caloric deficit. It is completely possible to "over eat" on the healthiest of foods based on caloric intake vs expenditure. I would recommend you figure out what your TDEE is, what deficit you are comfortable with and then meal plan to the amount of calories you can consume to stay at the deficit. you can use this calculator to help you get started.
