My nutrition tracker says that I have almost 2000% vitamin A and around 1000% vitamin C… idk if this is a glitch or I’m eating too many vitamins… I’m not taking supplements but I don’t know if this is unhealthy. I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me.

Idk if this helps but I wasn’t wearing my Fitbit today but I still used the calorie tracker for what I ate.

most excess vitamins you purge out of your system with no harm. There are a few, that can cause problems. I would suggest taking a look at this article to learn more about vitamins.

@AlreadyFailed in addition to @emili post. Some vitamins should be taken together for best absorbtion.
While others should never be taken together.
It is the fat soluble ones that have to be monitored since they are easy to overdose on.
And failure only happens when a person gives up, Thomas Edison had a few things to say about failure
"Failure is learning how not to do something, now go and discover how to do it".
"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up."
You haven't given up, @AlreadyFailed therefore have not failed.
One other quote from Edison.
"Show me a satisfied man and I'll show you a failure".

Are you using iOS ? There is a bug that Fitbit does not fix, the vitamins, Calcium and Iron percentage are just completely wrong. This appears a few months ago, it used to be correct.
My Vitamin A is usually 60 000 % of the recommended daily value by simply eating a couple of carrots.
