I need to lose weight but I just can’t stick to a regime these days. I have sporadic binges. I have ASD and ADHD and I think this interferes and I have OCD about having to have something and it doesn’t leave the building until I do sometimes plaguing me for days and days on end. My husband and daughter won’t ever eat the uber healthy food as they are picky eaters and I feel ever so slightly forlorn. All advice appreciated. Thanks in advance. 🙏🏻

You sure have a lot of challenges in your journey towards a healthier you. Have you had a chance to discuss a weight management program with your healthcare provider? If not, that's a good place to start.

Focus on small, sustainable changes. Try meal prepping healthy options you enjoy. Involve your family by finding healthier alternatives they might like. Consider professional support for ADHD, ASD, and OCD challenges. Progress may be slow, but consistency is key.
