Instagram!

I have set myself up an Instagram page for all of my food & exercise posts to go onto, granted my cooking my not always be what everyone wants, but its a good way for me to have access to a personal catalogue of tasty healthy food that I can dive into while food shopping! Pop over to @TomsFoodPlan to check it out!

You're a big lad! good that you decided to take this step. The idea with recipes is very popular. I like to read mini blogs about food, cooking, etc. Very useful content. I advise you to develop this to make your account more public. So it will be more interesting. I know one option https://zen-promo.com/instagram_auto_direct_message, which I use myself, very simple and effective. Attracts only live subscribers and customers
