Hi @ashton99 you eating eggs three times a day? Best to ask your medical professional, as they know your general health, activity level and weight. It depends entirely on what your goals are. Eggs are good, but I'm not sure eating two every day would be considered the best thing to do.

Per meal or per day? 2 eggs per day is fine -- for most people. They're good protein, lowish fat and inexpensive for what they deliver. The old view that cholesterol (from eggs) in your diet meant cholesterol in your blood is not true for most people. No going overboard, of course, and talk it over with your doctor if you have other health concerns, family history or difficulty getting at least some exercise.

I eat 2 eggs with 2 pieces of wholewheat toast every morning for breakfast. The protein helps me stay full in the mornings.

Hi, welcome to the Community forums @ashton99!
Eggs are a great source of protein! So I usually eat two boiled eggs most of the times for breakfast, but If you're eating them every meal (2 eggs for each meal of the day), then it may be better to check with a nutrition specialist, but I'd probably be best to use other sources of protein for the other meals (lean meat, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts, seeds and legumes/beans, milk, yoghurt, cheese).

Depends on how many eggs you need for an omelet. What is your height and weight
